What do Artifacts Tell us about the lives of early humans?

Artifacts can tell us many things about the lives of early humans. For example a spear can mean the hominid who owned it loved to hunt. Or an archeologist who found a pot might have found out that the hominid that owned the pot liked to cook. Artifacts tell us about the culture of hominids. Artifacts also lead us to discover what hominids did at their time, and they help us uncover mysteries about their lives.

My group and I got a picture of a horse carved onto a spear, we guessed that the spear was made by a very experienced lady, for a man to go and kill animals with. It looked very well used and sharp and a little burnt so I'm guessing the spear was very helpful to the owners who used it.We were being kind of like archeologists when we were making all those predictions and observations.
